Mead Mule

A take on the traditional Moscow Mule, using the Northumberland Honey Co - Spirit of Honey mead as a base and pairing with Fentimans fiery Ginger Beer is sure to kick start any party.

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 25ml of Northumberland Honey Co Spirit of Honey Mead
  • A lemon (for garnish and a squeeze of lemon juice)
  • Fentimans Ginger Beer

MÉTHODE

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice
  2. Add 25ml of Spirit of Honey Mead
  3. Add the juice of a wedge of lemon
  4. Top with Fentimans Ginger Beer and stir well
  5. Serve with a Lemon wheel to garnish
